Not only does it say a lot about our style, tidiness, cleanliness & attention to detail but it also talks about our body health. Similar to hair and skin, our nails’ shape, color and texture reflect what is going on inside of our bodies. In addition to regular Mani’s and Pedi’s, eating healthy can really improve the overall condition of our nails.

1- Vitamin A
