I did the “Alpha vital facial” in room in the “Al Muhairy Center branch” and it was really good, it includes a deep pore cleansing and different steps of hydrating and anti-aging facial. Ms. Lissy (i hope the name is spelled correctly) was very kind and did an amazing job. Now I feel my skin perfect clean and free of impurities and I don’t have any redness. Thank you! I recommend it.
As much as I was disappointed in my previous visit I was compensated with excellent service by Ms Mary Grace , also not to forget the front office executive who took my complaint was so understanding and reassuring! I loved the entire experience. From the beginning to the end it was amazing. I got gel French manicure with a twist and gel French pedicure. My polish usually starts peeling after 4 days of application but after here, it is still intact looking new. I definitely recommend going to this place.

I love this place! I have tried 4 of their treatments by now: 2 manicures (1 a refill of acryl and 1 time a full new set), a facial and a full body massage. Each time, so impressed with the service and quality of their work. The prices are quite high, but trust me, it’s worth it! The manicure takes like 2h, with a nice hand massage and very clean procedures. The facial made me glow and the massage left me feeling so incredibly zen. 10/10 recommend!
I had a disappointing experience at the salon. The nail overlay service left my nails damaged, and the overall quality fell short of my expectations. Not satisfied with the outcome. Despite the hefty price tag, the service at the salon was far from satisfactory. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked the attention to detail one would expect, especially considering the premium cost. The nail overlay service, touted as a luxury experience, resulted in damaged nails, making me question the value for money. It's disheartening when a high-priced service fails to deliver the level of care and expertise promised. Disappointed with the overall experience.

Bright, light and airy with sensitive, professional staff, it offers a range of salon services. I usually make an appointment but have also been able to walk in and get service. From Cynthia the branch manager greeting people at the reception to Juliet for a manicure and Ella for a nail repair, the professionalism, positive atmosphere, and exceptional hygiene of this place are unparalleled. You genuinely feel like you are dealing with professionals who understand the value of their work and its impact on you. It is one of the cleanest and best (if not the cleanest and best) place I have tried for these services.
I highly recommend getting a facial with Ezael. She is skilled and knows exactly what she's doing. After the facial, she applies a soothing massage to make you feel even more relaxed. I'm a regular customer and really like her. You must try it! Overall, the center is very clean and provides a welcoming environment.
During our stay in Abu Dhabi I had a little issue, the just renewed nail color came off, probably due to bad quality and of course I was looking for a solution before the Christmas days. Luckily we came across this wonderful nail salon which arranged an appointment within less than 24 hours, despite having a very full calendar. What can I say. The whole appointment was like heaven. I got a hand massage, was very friendly welcomed, got my nails done and felt every second in the best hands possible. Thank you very much to Caryl in particular. The best salon out there. I always go there regularly and could never change the branch. Moreover, Caryl always does my nails and she is literally amazing. She’s so professional, precise, and tends to make your nails turn out to be beyond perfect. She takes her time and doesn’t rush things to just finish, she always advices and takes care of her clients. The word amazing isn’t enough to describe her. Her work is pure art, and in fact I always get asked about where I do my nails. In addition, she’s so sweet and kindhearted!!! Hence, it took me time to find the most professional nail technician and I finally found her. If you live in Abu Dhabi, you’ve got to do your nails with her.

I never go anywhere else when I need nails done. I love their Footlogix service together with pedicure. And I always ask for LIBERTY. She has been doing my nails for few years now. Very gentle, precise with doing pedicure/manicure and very efficient too. And a fun personality as well :)
I had a deep clean facial with Bhavani and it was wonderful. My skin is glowing ✨️ Heads up ... I had no idea what to expect and it was a quite painful at times during the extractions (which is quite normal). I expected my skin to be very red and inflamed after but this was not the case. It looks great!
